Cancellation Policy
1. Attending the session We are small by design, so only allow 1 adult per paid child session, however if there is availability/space, our staff will manage the capacity and additional adults may be possible. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before any booked session at weekends. 2. Bookings All weekend soft play sessions, parties, and events must be booked in advance through our website or at the venue. An enquiry or message alone does not guarantee a booking โ confirmation will be sent once payment is received (where applicable). 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with 24 hoursโ notice or more may be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Parties require 7 daysโ notice for cancellations or changes.
