Refund & Cancellation Policy

Finnegan’s World – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Soft Play Sessions

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your session if possible.

  • If you’re unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please get in touch — we’re human, and we’ll try to help.
     

Parties & Private Bookings

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • If you need to cancel:

    • More than 14 days in advance: We’ll refund any payments made beyond the deposit.

    • Less than 14 days: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, but we may be able to reschedule depending on availability.
