Here's what you need to know...

Soft Play Frame & Role Play

To play inside our frame, children must be aged 7 or under,

and under 125cm in height.

All ages are welcome to Role Play!

Babes in arms & Toddlers

Our baby corner is only suitable for babies up to the age of 2 years old. Only babes in arms are free.​

Please supervise at all times!

Adults & older children

We are cosy by design, we ask just one adult per child attends, please. Children over 7 are welcome in the café area.

Please bring socks - we have a limited stock to purchase.

Ensure your child is not unwell.

Supervise at all times, including toilet visits.

All visitors, big and little, must be booked. We have bookable buggy parking - but please bring your foldable buggy and bags!

Please use shoe racks and coat hooks.

Feel free to relax in our café area, or join your child in the play area.

Please keep an eye on your own items.

No pets, only service dogs are allowed.

All our Soft Play Rules are in place to protect families and children visiting, as we are a small, high street location. If you have any questions, please use the contact forms and we'll get back to you!
