Service Description
1 hour session in the soft play frame, role play pods or baby corner All babies, toddlers and children using the soft play frame, role play pods and baby corner are covered under this rate. Please book accompanying adults, buggies, older children and babes in arms (not using the soft play) alongside this. Please remember to bring socks for your little ones! Weekdays - no bookings needed Weekends - we recommend booking ahead as there may be parties. For non-exclusive hire parties, walk-ins for soft play may be possible, but not during exclusive hire. Monday open 10:30-5pm Tuesday-Sunday open 9-5pm

Cancellation Policy
1. Attending the session We are small by design, so only allow 1 adult per paid child session, however if there is availability/space, our staff will manage the capacity and additional adults may be possible. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before any booked session at weekends. 2. Bookings All weekend soft play sessions, parties, and events must be booked in advance through our website or at the venue. An enquiry or message alone does not guarantee a booking – confirmation will be sent once payment is received (where applicable). 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Parties require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.
